Attributive Position

The Attributive position is where the adjective is after a definite article.
ο αγαθος ανηρ or ο ανηρ ο αγαθος ¹
The good man

It may also be after a verb:

ο ανηρ εστιν αγαθος ¹
The man is good

Predicate Position

In the predicate position the adjective is placed outside of the noun-article combination. ¹

ο ανηρ αγαθος or αγαθος ο ανηρ
The man is good or Good is the man ¹
